Andrea Mccloud, (referred to as “Stud Owner”) hereby conveys one Poodle Stud Breeding under the following terms, warranties and conditions. No other terms, warranties or conditions have either been expressed or implied to (referred to as “Bitch Owner”).

I understand and agree to term

1. All sales are final. No cash refunds at any time. The fee for this mating is due (in cash if mating is a live cover or side by side artificial insemination or via Venmo or PayPal, if mating is via shipped semen for an artificial insemination) prior to the breeding.

2. Stud Owner guarantees a successful breeding. Successful breeding is defined as one or more puppy/puppies produced and delivered live at the time of whelping from this breeding. If breeding is not successful, a return service will be given without charge to the same female, or another female owned by the Bitch Owner within 18 months.

3. Proof of failure to conceive must be submitted to the Stud Owner from the Bitch Owner’s vet of choice. The proof must be printed on vet's letterhead, include the date, the date of the breeding, dog’s name, breed, and microchip number (if micro-chip number is applicable). This statement must be emailed from the vet to mccloudspoodlesndoodles@gmail.com or texted to 304-360-6625. Stud Owner will verify receipt of message in writing via return email or text. Stud owner must be notified of failure to conceive within 75 days of the breeding of failure to conceive.

4. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Bitch Owner.  Costs are as follows: $75 for the supplies, draw, and transportation fee.  $75-350 for the actual shipping cost via FedEx. Repo vet Costs will depend on location. $200 shipping receptacle rental fee. This fee is fully refundable upon return receipt of shipping receptacle to the Stud Owner from the Bitch Owner via insured, tracked shipping. Shipping of the receptacle is to be completed by the Bitch Owner within 7 days of the breeding.  Shipping box size and weight is approximately 12x10x8, 4 pounds. *We also offer repo vet collection & ship if preferred. Repo Vet Collection Fee $400.00 plus shipping.

This contract has been read, is understood, and is agreed to by both parties as demonstrated by the signatures below.
